The technician will be assigned with the task of performing all data entry in our systems with regards to accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations. The technician will work closely with the controller in the monthly and annual financial closing process.   Responsibilities   - Enter suppliers invoices, record credit cards and employee expense allowances - Preparation of supplier payment schedule - Communication with suppliers to follow up on account statements - Management of the accounting department's email box - Complete journal entries and reconciliations - Prepare fixed assets schedule - Participate in the production of financial statements and management reports on a monthly basis - Assist in the preparation of cash flow - Participate in the preparation of audit files for three companies and in the audit process - Support in the control of annual and monthly budgets - Participation in the implementation and migration of the accounting system to NetSuite - Participating in the production of various reports for the government authorities of different provinces in Canada - Be able to respond to financial requests from different departments internally - Various optimization projects - Documentation and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures     Qualifications   - College diploma in accounting - 5 to 7 years experience in accounting - Bilingual (French and English) - Advanced knowledge of Excel, NetSuite (asset) - Be able to multitask and have a high level of autonomy - Ability to operate in a changing environment - Sense of initiative and analysis - The selected candidate must adapt and integrate well and quickly     Since its inception, BonLook has been committed to making a difference and promoting diversity and inclusion.
