You will be asked to support our customers as well as other customer service agents, team leaders or any other employees from the company to resolve technical issues that directly affect customer satisfaction. Your day will be punctuated by a wide range of requests to be handled with the use of multiple information technologies. You will also share your knowledge through training sessions and development projects. Your expertise in resolving complex problems with BonLook customers and employees will lead you to success. You will therefore contribute directly to the success of the company.   RESPONSIBILITIES   - Support the Customer Service Agents in their tasks by answering their technical questions and making sure to solve their problems. - Provide support to the stores by email. - Manage requests for redos, warranty requests and repairs and ensure proper communication with customers. - Communicate with other departments, opticians and laboratories to follow up on problematic orders. - Ensure that all orders avoid additional delays at different production levels. - Resolve payment or reimbursement issues and follow up with the finance team and the various payment platforms. - Contact optical clinics to obtain customer prescriptions or additional information. - Submit coaching forms for shops and Customer Service Agents when necessary. - Process customer’s return requests and ensure refunds. - Follow up on investigations with our partner carriers. - Communicate all relevant information and follow up with customers regarding their order. - Support Customer Service Agents in their tasks when necessary (processing and transcribing prescriptions and pupil distance measurements, chat, emails and calls). - Participate in building various improvement projects.
